Non-refundable rates
Full payment is required when booking. The total booking price is non-refundable if you cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for no-shows.
Refundable rates
No payment is collected when booking more than 72 hours before the scheduled hotel check-in time. You may cancel free of charge until that cutoff.
Exactly 72 hours before scheduled check-in, Ghana time (Africa/Accra), the booking becomes non-refundable and a secure payment request is sent by email. The normal payment window is 24 hours from the request. If the request is delayed, the window may be shorter because payment must be received before scheduled check-in. The payment email states the exact deadline in Ghana time. If full payment is not received by that deadline, the booking is cancelled and the room released. After the cutoff, payments are non-refundable, including cancellations and no-shows.
For arrivals within 72 hours, only non-refundable rates are offered.
Breakfast
Breakfast-inclusive plans include breakfast for up to two guests per room. Please contact the hotel about breakfast arrangements for children or additional guests.
Changes and cancellations
Use the secure management link in your reservation email to cancel or request a change. Changes require hotel approval, are subject to availability and may change the price. Submitting a change request does not change your booking, payment deadline or cancellation terms.
