Where is The Ritzz Exclusive Guest House located?

The Ritzz Exclusive Guest House is located in Osu, Accra, opposite Regal Chinese Restaurant.

From Danquah Circle, head towards Osu and turn right just after The Trust Hospital. Continue up the road and look out for The Ritzz signage on your right.

For easy navigation, simply search “The Ritzz Exclusive Guest House” on Google Maps, Uber, Bolt or Yango.

How can I check availability or make a reservation?

You can check room availability and make a reservation directly through our website or by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp: +233 (0) 26 432 0371. Our team will be happy to help you find a suitable room for your stay.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM and check-out is by 11:30 AM. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us in advance. Requests are subject to availability.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is available to our in-house guests. Whether it is included in your stay depends on the room rate or package selected. Please check your reservation or contact us for confirmation.

Do you have Wi-Fi and parking?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to our in-house guests. Free parking is also available for guests, subject to availability.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Yes. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of your reservation and the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.

If you booked through a third-party platform, changes or cancellations may need to be made directly through that platform.

Do you offer airport transfers?

We do not currently operate a dedicated airport shuttle, but our team will be happy to assist you with arranging transportation to or from the airport.
